About the campaign
Zak Ortiz is running for State Representative to bring strong values, real-world experience, and accountable leadership to Lansing. This campaign is about putting people first—fighting for working families, supporting small businesses, and protecting the faith and family values that hold our communities together.
Too many politicians have lost touch with the everyday struggles of the people they represent. Zak is different. As a small business owner and community leader, he understands the challenges firsthand and is committed to practical solutions—not political games.
This campaign is also about representation. Zak is proud to be a voice for the Latino community and for all residents who feel unheard. He believes Michigan is strongest when every voice has a seat at the table.
Together, we can build safer communities, create more opportunity, and restore common sense leadership in our state.
